Vamsi Maddipatla serves as the President and Chairman of Clinovo. He is a visionary and entrepreneur with 17 years of experience in the technology and biopharma industries. Founder and ex-CEO of LAXAI Pharma Ltd. Prior, Vamsi worked for various pharmaceutical companies, including Pfizer, Wyeth Pharmaceuticals, Johnson & Johnson, and Deloitte. Vamsi holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics and Master’s in Computer Science from Farleigh Dickinson University. Vamsi provides a unique blend of operational and financial experience – along with a strong and extensive network of key influencers, industry experts, and financial partners. He delivers a visionary understanding of client challenges and opportunities and the intuitive ability to facilitate collaboration between the right people to turn strategic concepts into actionable plans and, ultimately, into business results.
Ritesh has over 25 years of experience serving the healthcare services and IT staffing industry. Ritesh holds a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering in Computer Technology. He was a senior recruiter of IT consulting staff in the 1990s and a senior manager in New Jersey, which provides a technology platform to the medical transcription industry and significant hospitals. Later, he transitioned into business development within the healthcare industry. In that capacity, he has developed deep relationships with HR departments of major hospitals where skilled healthcare professionals’ requirement is always acute. Ritesh has consistently been recognized for his broad range of expertise in technology, human resources and business development.
Surendra serves as the Vice President, Clinical Services – Clinovo India operations. He is based out of Hyderabad, India. He comes with nearly 2 decades of clinical experience and has expertise in the biometric divisions. He has worked with Global CRO’s and Pharma giants including GVK Bio Sciences, Bristol Myers Squibb, Novartis, GCE solutions and IQVIA. Surendra holds Bachelor’s degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences and is also an alumnus of IIM (Indian Institute of Management), Bangalore. Surendra provides perfect blend of operational and technical expertise in the drug development process with an oversight of more than 300 staff across the globe. Surendra’s objective is to develop India operations with utmost compliance to the Global regulatory standards.
Leslie has 25+ years' experience within Talent Acquisition and Operations. Her background comes with working within IT/Biotech Agencies and internal Biotechnology HR departments. Leslie has worked closely with hiring managers and candidates to provide successful hires for FTE and contracting needs. She has streamlined hiring and onboarding processes and adheres to a good hiring manager/candidate experience.
Brian joins Clinovo as Executive Director – Recruiting and is based out of the Greater Philadelphia area. He most recently served as Sr. Director of Recruiting & Onboarding for ExecuPharm / Parexel FSP and brings over ten years of experience in clinical research talent acquisition. Brian previously held various roles in healthcare information technology including software implementation, account management, sales, and partner alliance management at Shared Medical Systems / Siemens Healthcare.
Nandish Poluru serves as the Chief Executive Officer and Board member of Clinovo. As an executive at the intersection of Lifesciences, Operations and Technology, Nandish has successfully accelerated Research and Development efforts for multiple companies across the Lifesciences industry including Bristol Myers Squibb, Allergan (an Abbvie Company) and Forest Laboratories. He brings deep expertise in Pharmaceuticals including Clinical Development and Operations, Clinical Data Management, Biostatistics and programming, Pharmacovigilance, Regulatory Affairs, Medical Affairs, and R&D portfolio planning. As a visionary and innovative leader, Nandish enabled competitive differentiation through cost leadership, product & service differentiation, and improved operational efficiencies by leveraging Digital and Technology. With over two decades of experience spanning Life Sciences, financials, and Silicon Valley, Nandish is a seasoned leader in all aspects of management including Strategy & Planning, P&L management, Global Operations, Business transformations, Mergers & Acquisitions, and Technology. Nandish has an MBA from Yale school of Management with a focus on Healthcare Management. He also has a Master’s in Information systems and a Bachelor`s in Electrical Engineering. Nandish is passionate about building successful, high-performance teams.
Chaitanya Sadhana serves as “Director – Corporate Strategy & Development” at Clinovo. He has more than a decade of experience in Lifesciences and Pharmaceutical industry spanning Drug Discovery, Development, Manufacturing and Clinical services. He started up twice and brings deep expertise in Corporate Strategy, Setting up new businesses, P&L Management, Strategic finance, M&A, Green Field Operations, Operational excellence & Process simplification. He was associated with Novartis, Sentiss Pharma and Laxai Lifesciences. He has an MBA from SP Jain Institute of Management & Research and a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering. Chaitanya is passionate about financial markets, ecosystem play, global economy and disruptive innovation.
Jeff Sharp is Head of Business Development for Clinovo. Before joining Clinovo in 2021, Jeff has held Senior Business Development positions with Chiltern, Covance, ICON and PRA.
Jeff has spent the past 13 years building successful FSP business units, supporting, and accelerating clinical development with a portfolio of innovative biotech, pharmaceutical and medical device organization.
As a CRO industry veteran for over 20 years with a proven track record, Jeff will support our Client Engagement, Global growth and drive resource optimization and productivity initiatives
across the enterprise
She is an advanced-level Biostatistician and has more than 20 years of experience with Global CRO’s and Pharma giants including Parexel International, Novartis, Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories and Covance.
She as MS-Statistics from University of Wisconsin, Madison, USA and MPhil in Stats & Operations Research - University of Hyderabad.
Significant experience with health authority requirements & experience with submission activities, Data and Safety Monitoring Boards.
