President & Chairman
Vamsi Maddipatla serves as the President and Chairman of Clinovo. He is a visionary and entrepreneur with 17 years’ of experience in technology and bio-pharma industries. Founder and ex-CEO of LAXAI Pharma Ltd. Prior, Vamsi worked for a variety of pharmaceutical agencies including Pfizer, Wyeth Pharmaceuticals, Johnson & Johnson and Deloitte. Vamsi holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics and Master’s in Computer Science from Farleigh Dickinson University.
Vamsi provides a unique blend of operational and financial experience – along with a strong and extensive network of key influencers, industry experts and financial partners. He delivers a visionary understanding of client challenges and opportunities, and the instinctive ability to facilitate collaboration between the right people to turn strategic concepts into actionable plans – and, ultimately, into business results.
Serves as the Chief Executive Officer and Chief Operating Officer. Ritesh has over 25 years of experience serving the healthcare services and IT staffing industry. Ritesh holds a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering in Computer Technology. He was a senior recruiter of IT consulting staff in the 1990s and a senior manager in New Jersey which provides a technology platform to the medical transcription industry and to major hospitals. Later, he transitioned into business development, president, COO and now CEO all within the healthcare industry. In that capacity, he has developed deep relationships with HR departments of major hospitals where the requirement of skilled healthcare professionals is always acute. Ritesh has consistently been recognized for his broad range of expertise in technology, human resources and business development.
Sr. Vice President
Serves as Senior Vice President of Clinovo; where she brings 20+ years’ of experience in business development and recruiting within the Biotechnology, Pharmaceutical, and Medical Device industries. Since she joined in 2010, Trisha has been an integral part in the significant growth of Clinovo. She has successfully developed business relationships with pertinent clients and candidates within Biometrics and Clinical Operations. Prior, Trisha worked for a variety of Pharmaceutical and Information Technology Recruiting firms. She has a genuine passion for developing a win-win partnership and providing the right resources for client needs. Trisha has won several national awards for her outstanding sales strategy and quality support.
Director of Resourcing West Coast
Leslie is the West Coast Director of Resourcing at Clinovo. Leslie started with Clinovo in January 2011; where she joined Trisha’s team in providing BioMetrics and Clinical Operations candidates for variety of hiring needs. She assisted Clinovo becoming approved vendors for prominent Pharmaceutical and Medical Device clients. Prior, Leslie worked for a major pharmaceutical company, where she managed the process of Information Technology and Biometrics contracting hiring needs. She has a proven record in establishing and maintaining business relationships with many clients and candidates throughout the LifeSciences Industries. Leslie has a true passion in assisting candidates with their career advancements.
Jessica Bramowicz Petty
Director of Resourcing East Coast
Jessica is the East Coast Director of Resourcing; where she brings 11+ years of experience in business development within the Pharmaceutical, Medical Device, and Biotechnology industries. Prior to joining Clinovo, Jessica worked for a Life Science CRO and a few Clinical recruiting firms. She has a proven record in establishing and maintaining business relationships with many clients throughout the Life Science industry. Jessica has a thorough understanding of the life cycle of a drug from the many years she spent as a Bioanalytical Chemist in the lab. She has a true passion in developing relationships with clients and assisting them with their resourcing needs.
Carly Melert and Sidra Zafar
Carly and Sidra have a proven track record in building trustworthy candidate and client relationships. They both hold bachelor degrees in life sciences which help them relate to our candidates and client needs.
